Despite years of self-improvement and numerous successful consultations in her life coaching business, she struggled to elevate her practice and collaborate with alternative health leaders.
Through our work together, we discovered unresolved past life traumas. Joy had deep-rooted blocks related to authority, stemming from her father’s job during her childhood.
Although she had received extensive counseling to heal her relationship with her parents, this specific trigger had gone unrecognized, significantly affecting her self-belief.

I work with a toolbelt of spiritual and business tools to enable leaders and those in alternative health industries or in rapid growth to really push the limits of possibility and break through self-imposed ceilings you don’t even know are there!

Sessions are 90 minutes , available in person in the Hebrides or remotely, worldwide.

Sometimes self-work feels a bit like walking through a labyrinth, getting lost and confused by different twists and turns. My role is to offer you gentle but powerful guidance to better navigate the path, unraveling the way to your true self. In my transformational coaching approach, I create a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your innermost desires, challenges, and understand the limiting beliefs that stand in the way of your growth.
